Sela Homepage not displaying correctly on IE v11

    I have a problem with the homepage showing the blog address/link in the header on IE v11. It works fine on Firefox, Chrome & Safari, it just seems to be an IE thing.

    My client has provided a screenshot of the issue which I have uploaded to http://supportthehusqvarnagarden.com/capture/

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Hi there! We haven’t been able to replicate the issue on Windows/IE yet, trying several different sizes/versions of IE 11 and related.

    Can you share some more information to help narrow down where it’s happening? This would be helpful:

    – Which version of Windows?
    – Do you know the browser screen size when that appears?
    – Which device? (Desktop, tablet, etc.)
    – Which page was the screenshot taken on (in case it’s specific to a certain page within the theme)?

    Any more details you can provide would be great so we can keep working on seeing it on this end and figure out a fix.

    Hi there,

    I viewed your site in IE11 but was unable to replicate the issue shown in your screenshot. In addition, from your screenshot I noticed your header isn’t correctly aligned with the rest of your site and your menu is displaying the way it should only display on smaller devices.

    From the above, I think there’s an issue with your particular setup of IE. As a starting point for troubleshooting, please follow Microsoft’s steps to turn on Compatibility View:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-11

    If Compatibility View is already on then please disable it and see if that resolves the issue.

    If that doesn’t help, please try disabling any add ons that you have:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/internet-explorer/manage-add-ons#ie=ie-11

    Let me know how you get on with those steps. I’ll be happy to troubleshoot further with you if needed.

    Thanks for your response. I got them to make those changes but it didn’t help. I have a feeling it may be something to do with your network settings or something as it seems to only be happening on computers within their network from what I can tell!

    How did your client get on with those troubleshooting steps? Are they now able to view the site correctly in IE11?

    If all else fails, could you ask them to try resetting their IE settings? The following steps guide you through how to do that:
