I’m really appriciating your help! because I still don’t find the way how to make full width photo with text!
I set up the page for an example. Than I found out in vidgets – that can add them to the front page… but where I need to add photo with text?

So, I was trying to work with this theme:
I set up the page name Main (in Russian) with 1 photo, just for beggining. Set up this page as Front Page in Atributes. Than in setting switch for static page, choosing my new page to be shown. Than I added 2 vidgets in area of Front Page. As result I have strange look on my main page: firts the post is going, than 2 vidgets. It is not like in demo. :-))) absolutly. Please, can you help me – how to make it the same? What do I missing in my steps? Thank You in advance… looking forward! -

Hi,
I believe that you need to add each widget to it’s respective Front Page Sidebar (1st widget goes to First Front Page Sidebar, 2nd to Second…).

the question is about “full-width featured image and an overlay containing the page content.” – how to make it on my front page?“The Front Page Template is divided into three sections:
A featured area with a full-width featured image and an overlay containing the page content.
Three front-page widget areas, displayed side-by-side in columns. This is where you can get creative and use any of the available widgets to feature products or services, or showcase different parts of your website. On the theme demo this section is populated with text widgets, one in each front-page widget area.
The Testimonial area displays two testimonials. To add a testimonial, go to Testimonials → Add New in your dashboard. You can change the order in which your testimonials are displayed by using the Order field of the Page Attributes module on the testimonial edit screen. If no testimonials are added, this section will not be displayed.”

Small addition – right now I realise, looking attentivle to demo front page, that it has 3 vidget ON THE FRONT PAGE + testimoniels.
And more down we have more 3 vidgets – that you suggest to me, and which I already understand how to add.
So, the question is about front template page – how to make it as in demo! …((( -
I HAVE FOUND EVERYTHING! : )) just changed the language of my admin panel in to english… and follow the instruction of support… there was no this function in russian, that’s it.) Thank you for your atime and attention! :-) wish you a good day!!
