I have a few questions about the Sela Theme. I have got a free account but I’m wondering if I can the do the following changes and how
1) I would like my footer widget to be full width and not divided in columns so that I can have my Instagram feeds in a row. Is this possible?
2) I would like to insert a clickable link (back to homepage) in the header image, is this an option not being able to use plugins?
thank youThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
1) I would like my footer widget to be full width and not divided in columns so that I can have my Instagram feeds in a row. Is this possible?
If you only use one of the three footer widget areas, it doesn’t matter which one, then the area will display full width. I’m not sure if that will result in your Instagram feeds displayed in a row, but it’s worth a try.
2) I would like to insert a clickable link (back to homepage) in the header image, is this an option not being able to use plugins?
thank youI’m not sure about that, but I suspect that it would require CSS customization. I’ll tag the topic for staff attention. Staff will respond here.
An alternative to consider is to include a site logo. See the Site Logo support page. On the Sela theme the site logo evidently links to the home page by default.

On “a clickable link (back to homepage) in the header image”:
I notice that the site https://insolitaria.wordpress.com doesn’t have a header image displayed. Are you referring to that site?
Also, are you aware the the site title links to the homepage?

Yes I removed the header image because it wasn’t clickable. If there’s a way to make it linkable I would put it back up again.
I know about the title but I’d rather have a picture there. Thank you -
@federica117 the header image here becomes a background, so it would not be clickable — otherwise it would mess with the header text that is also clickable. But you can add a logo if you’d like, under Customize > Site Identity. That’s not the title, by the way. You can hide the site title and replace it with your own logo.
And, if you want to make that larger than is specified, or even make the entire space clickable, we can help with that. But it does require custom CSS (so the Premium plan or higher.)
Hoping this helps!
