Sela Theme and cookies

  Hi, I am trying to find out if this theme uses cookies (assume it does) as I have been asked to add a cookie pop-up. Could anyone help direct me to where to look to resolve this? Many thanks.

  Hi there, the WordPress software uses cookies, and that is independent of what themes do, and typically themes do not set or use any cookies and rely on the cookies of WordPress.

  By default, a cookie and privacy banner will appear at the bottom of all free WordPress.com sites. When I visit your site, I see it at the bottom.

  If you do not, open a private window in your browser and visit https://beccytesting.wordpress.com/ and you will see it at the bottom of the screen.

  If you are talking about a different site, please let us know the address of that site.

  Hi,
  Thank you so much for your response. I didn’t see the cookie window at all but have tried on a new machine and it’s there.
