Sela Theme blog excerpt help

    Hi I am using the Sela theme. When looking at my blog posts my 4 most recent posts show the full text while the other blogs are just showing excerpts. I would like all of the blogs to show excerpt. I have already gone to the settings–>reading tabs and changed the setting to excerpt but with the same results.
