Sela Theme – featured images not appearing

Hi,
I’ve just started using the Sela theme for my site, which is undergoing an overhaul (hence the spartan content). However, I am having some trouble getting the featured images to display for my pages. For example, I have a featured image on my home page, which I have set to a static front page using the instructions on the Sela theme, but the image is not appearing as it does in the demo. I have tried setting the size of the image to 1180px wide and 610 px tall, which I believe is what the theme sizes it too, but to no avail. I’m really at a loss for how to fix it. Please help!

I had a closer look at your site, I could see you have set up a Featured Image and set in data inside it, it does seem to appear correctly, suggestion would follow the instructions on the Theme page, at the bottom of the page you page you will see the options to set up the Full Width, Grid Template as per you requirement, set up some more Pages and Posts with featured images and see how it appears, on the whole, https://wordpress.com/theme/sela
It helps you to set up the content of the bottom area also, you can try and set the content too.
We can then see how it appears, try to increase the height of the Image from 610 to higher and check how it goes.

Thanks for replying. I figured out what was wrong – I had turned off the display featured image options in the customisation pane at some point. Simple, but had me stumped for some time. I’ll now go about adding additional images in to the other pages.
