Sela Theme-Testimonials help
-
My question is about the two testimonials that appear on the front page.
I can’t seem to remove the “like” button that appears between the testimonial and the name of the customer giving the testimonial.
I already tried unchecking the box from the admin site.
On the Sela demo site, those like buttons are not present, so there must be a way to remove them.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Solution: Uncheck the “Show likes” option in the Shares and Likes module of each Testimonial editor.
I already tried unchecking the box from the admin site.
Where?

Yes, thank you. I have already unchecked the “show likes” box in each testimonial editor. Not sure what else could be the problem…

Try this. I think the problem is that a single setting at Settings > Sharing overrides the settings on individual posts, pages, projects, and testimonials. At the Sharing Settings page, scroll down to the “WordPress.com Likes are” option, and select “Turned on per post.”

Hi – I’ve added the testimonials so they show on the front page, but can’t seem to get the main page showing so you can see them all? Is there a way to add the main testimonials page to the tool bar? Thanks

Is there a way to add the main testimonials page to the tool bar?
Yes. Here is your testimonials archives page: http://naomituckwellmua.co.uk/testimonial/. You may link to it using the Links Panel of a Custom Menu. See the Adding Custom Links section of the Custom Menus support page.

naomituckwell – Looks like your testimonial page wasn’t appearing correctly. I cleared your site’s internal cache and your testmonials are now now displaying:

If this happens again, please start a new thread and add the tag modlook to the tags area of the thread. Thanks!
