  if i purchase perosnal hosting for blog the we need a purchase a domain

  A personal WordPress.com plan comes with a custom domain, 6GB storage space and other features. There is no additional cost for a domain after purchasing a personal plan. You can read more:

  Your site has been suspended so you will not be able to purchase a plan for it.
