Select Files button in Add Media isn't working

  When I try to add media, the Select Files button doesn’t do anything. Nothing happens when I click it. I can’t access my Pictures folder on my computer.

  Are you using IE9 which is an outdated browser? If so then upgrade or switch here http://browsehappy.com
