  Please review the documentation on the Site Customizer regarding the setting of the Home Page. Although the default home page is the blog, within the life of a website (as seen by many forum requests) the need for instruction to set the Home Page to the Blog seems as common as selecting a static page. The documentation does not cover this clearly – labeling that section of the Customizer as “Static Front Page”. The actual choices below that misleading heading allow for choosing either the blog as the front page or one of several static pages. Perhaps the Label should be Select Front Page or Select Home Page and the documentation rewritten to describe the choices and the ramifications of the choices.
