Select matching posts including those not displaying on the all posts screen

    amightywp suggested I add my 3 ideas here rather than in the support forum

    Scalability needs to be improved. I have 1,400 posts and I dont know how many comments because I have been blogging for 8 years or so. I tried to make changes to all posts (999 is the limit in the screen options on the all posts page). But if I even try to edit only 400 at one time it crashes and tells me it’s all Matt’s fault.

    Why allow 999 when it crashes with 400? May I suggest you use a server side solution like gmail has where I can select all matching items EVEN IF they are not displayed on the screen.
