Selecting a new .wordpress domain

  I’d like to change my site url. I don’t want to upgrade, I just want to pick a new .wordpress domain. Is there a way to do that without manually creating a whole new account and transferring all the posts?

  Just a note that you need not create a new WordPress.com account to create a new WordPress.com site. :) There is no limit on the number of WordPress.com sites you can create with one account: https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2006/04/05/unlimited-blogs/
