Selecting a static homepage

  I know understand how to choose a static page as my homepage. However, in the drop down menu to choose which page, not all of the pages show up and I cannot choose the homepage that I made. How can I get it to show up in the drop-down menu?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ll only see pages there that are publicly published, you can’t choose pages which are either private or drafts.
