Selecting a Theme

  I am trying to select a theme called ‘Sparkling’ by Colorlib. It does not come up when I search for it. How do I access this theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I think that theme called ‘Sparkling’ is for a self hosted WordPress.org website. On WordPress.com website, you can’t select and use it.
