Selecting thumbnail when publicizing to Facebook

I have the exact same issue. When I tried to share manually on FB, I was allowed to select my thumbnail, however when I shared the link the thumbnail did not publish. I’m brand new to WP as an owner of a blog, so I have no idea where to start to correct this issue. :O(

I have had the same problem for a few days now. it is very important to have a thumbnail image on my facebook posts =(. it has always worked in the past and now it doesnt… someone please help

I’m here to report the same problem. No thumbnail ultimately appearing in Facebook posts, even though I can still “select” one. This has been going on since Wednesday Mar. 16. I’ve never had this problem in 2 years and I don’t have it from non WordPress accounts. Any help or ideas appreciated! Commiseration welcome as well.

Since Wednesday, March 16, I’m having the same issue with sharing links via facebook.
Thumbnail images are not diplaying. I have tried a number of “fixes” to no avail. Please help. -
