  Do you need to renew custom design and domain mapping if you are self hosted?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are no longer using your wordpress.com, then you don’t need to renew Custom Design. If you want your wordpress.com address to continue to redirect to your new custom domain (http://littlemaison.com), then it’s a good idea to renew the domain mapping (or replace it with a Site Redirect), so that your visitors don’t come across broken links.

  Hmmm – not sure I know exactly what you mean about the domain mapping. Can you elaborate on that? Where would I do this? Not sure!

  If you are leaving WordPress.com and would you like to redirect littlemaison8.wordpress.com (as well as all of your permalinks) to your new domain name littlemaison.com, then I would recommend the Site Redirect upgrade.
