Self hosted .org site with domain registered with .com dns not point to server

    Hi there,

    We have domain with WordPress.com that’s pointing to our private hosting. All of a sudden the site no longer points to our hosting and goes to a “cannot be found” WordPress.com page.

    I’ve looked the site up on MXTools and it appears to be pointing to your servers.

    What’s even more strange is that I’m unable to view the domain in our WordPress.com admin. When I visit wordpress.com/domains/manage/politicalgambler.com I’m met with the message “Domains are not available for this site.”

    I’ve checked the billing section and the domain was renewed in August. So that rules that out.

    It’s an important time so it’d be great if someone could help us out here.
