  I need this self-hosted site remove from my wordpress.com JetPack control panel.

  The tag you added does not flag a thread for staff. The only way to show staff their help is needed is the “modlook” tag. I have now added that one.

  Thanks to romanbon and kokkieh for your help. :) @romanbon if you ever need to flag a thread for staff attention, the “modlook” tag kokkieh mentioned is the one we use. Other tags, like the one you added, are helpful in addition to the “modlook” tag to help identify the issue in the thread.

  When staff answer a thread they usually remove the “modlook” tag, which is why you didn’t see it in other threads. Adding other tags are still helpful, as @rachelmcr said. They help other users to search the forum for threads on their issue, so keep adding them.

  Rather see it as helping you right. Letting you know you’re wrong sounds like a crappy thing to do and really wasn’t my intention :)
