Self-Hosted Site – Keeping Followers
-
I am moving to a new self-hosted site that is ready to go live and I am going to pay for your upgraded redirecting to my new site. I want to move my wordpress followers onto my new site. I was hoping that you could help me in this process and tell me what I need to do. Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You need to install and configure the JetPack Plugin – then post the name of the blog you are moving to back here – the staff can move the followers for you
I will flag this for the staff to help you

Thank you. I have installed and connected jet pack so I am ready for the wordpress staff to help me move my followers!

hi, i received confirmation that my followers from thinkrainbows.com (wp.com) were transferred to my new self-hosted site mindhack.ca (wp.org), but they are not showing. i do, however, see the email subscribers.
may i ask for help in how to confirm the 158 followers from thinkrainbows transferre to mindhack.ca?
with thanks.

This is marked for the staff to help – I would expect that both of you will be helped – the staff work the requests from oldest to newest

@alittleviewoftheworld, your followers have been moved.
@mindhackproject, the blog thinkrainbows.com is owned by a different user account than the one that you’re logged into now. Can you please log out of this account, log in as the user account that owns that blog, and then contact support or post a new thread? We can move your followers once you request it from the correct account.
