Self hosted site not showing up on WordPress.com reader

I recently transferred over to a self hosted site and since then my posts aren’t showing up on the WordPress.com reader. It’s worth mentioning I have jet pack enabled and my self hosted site is connected to my WordPress.com account. A month ago a post of mine showed up on the reader but since then all my posts have not and I haven’t changed the settings of anything as far as I know.
Is there any way to fix this so that my WordPress.com followers can see my posts on their feed?
