self hosted still gets support?

  Hi, I am struggling to find 24/7 live chat support or something even close to that for my client for their wordpress website. It’s a self hosted setup with siteground. Can anyone recommend something? I thought that wordpress.com does this sort of thing. If not, what is the next best thing? I looked into wpbuffs but they sell too hard in their live chat and said that they handle support by email sadly.

  wordpress.com and wordpress.org are two completely different and unrelated systems, https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.

  You should also be able to contact siteground’s support directly if you need help for a site hosted wiht them.
