Self hosted theme in wordpress

  Support,

  I hosted a kaushikachanta.org website with wordpress using one of premium theme. Now, I wanted to host the same blog with my personal hosting space with laughing squid using a different purchased theme. Would you suggest me to get wordpress installed in my system and get access rights for admin? If yes, would you provide e details for the process?
