Self hosted wordpress articles not showing in my followers reader

  Hi, I’ve recently transferred my blog over to a self hosted wordpress blog and it has jetpack. However, my current followers receive no notifications of my new posts and it doesn’t show in their reader feed either. Here is my latest post, please could you try to correct this for me?
