Self-hosted WP: Subscribers lost, need to migrate from CSV now

Hi, we recently updated a client site. The URL did not change, though it’s a new WP install. I disconnected the old site (after exporting subscribers to CSV) then reconnected via the new site.

This worked great at first: retained all stats and subscribers. Then, looking at the stats today, the current account had disappeared along with all my stats.

The main problem is, I need to upload these subscribers, but I can’t do it via the migration tool. I need serious help with this. Thanks!

  • Hi @vantagepointblog,can you head to your wp-admin > settings > general area and confirm the site address/URL is correct, then disconnect and reconnect Jetpack?

Also do you still have an active staging site? I’m just hoping to help you move these followers and stats to the right site.
