self hosting

  I spoke with someone earlier about using my own template and was told that I would need to self-host. Now that I have installed wp and try to log into my site (www.koboldschool.com/wp-admin) it says the the site is not mapped to the domain. I’ve used this before but never had that issue – any thoughts?

  Hi there, the site you are asking about koboldschool.com appears to be hosted with NameCheap and not here on WordPressdotcom.

  Help for self-hosted sites using the standalone WP software can be found over at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.

  You can also approach your web host for assistance with this issue.
