Self hosting trouble
-
I am currently self hosted (set up with Bluehost but still use WordPress for updating my blog). However, there were problems with set up of my self hosted site adn my old site info never transfered. I am still able to see all of my old content and people are still commenting on old posts but the two sites appear to be separate (the old oneis runnergirleats.wordpress.com and the new is runnergirleats.com). I have tried to fix this confusion for awhile now, gave up, and now am trying again. Also, I am getting several notifications for new comments on the last post I wrote on the runnergirleats.wordpress.com site but am not sure how people are finding their way there. I would really like to sync the sites on all of my subscription options (through wordpress, bloglovin’, etc) to avoid visitor confusion. Can you please assist me in this process?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Did your old posts transfer over at all? If not, you can Export them using the Tools->Export option in your http://runnergirleats.wordpress.com/wp-admin dashboard, then import them into the Dashboard of your self-hosted site (also via Tools->Import).
Additionally, we have a Site Redirect upgrade.
If you adjust your permalinks in your self-hosted site (Settings->Permalinks) to the year/month/day format, anytime anyone visits your old site, will be taken to the same post on your new site.
Lastly, I can transfer your followers from your WordPress.com site to your self-hosted site. I’ll do that now and will be effective in the new few minutes.
Cheers!
