Self ping problem & media library issue

  In one of my posts (http://memartine.wordpress.com/2009/11/25/knot-ii/) I linked to another post and the trackback thingy showed up in the comments of the linked post. However, I tried to do this again (http://memartine.wordpress.com/2009/11/28/noose-plant/), and now the self ping doesn’t work. I doubled checked the URL in the post and it’s correct. What else could it be?

  The other issue is with the media library. In the ‘attached to’ column, some images show they’re attached to different post than they are in reality attached to. It doesn’t seem to affect the blog though so I’m not really worried about this but did think it was a little weird. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
