Self translating our blog into Spanish?

  What is the best way to do this guys? I was going to just make another blog in Spanish and link them together but that means paying so i can edit the css etc again… Is there a way around this? Or another way I can do it? We don’t want to use a plugin or google translate.

  anyone??? is there a way I can translate them in my existing account and publish them without them being seen but then link to them? if that makes sense?
