  the WordPress.com platform is not going to be good for you for e-commerce, in other words to sell products or art from your site; you might check this article on WordPress.org: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You don’t need a premium account to use paypal on WordPress. You can read up on adding Paypal to your site here.

  However, there are some restrictions on what you can sell using your wordpress.com blog.

  The only things you can sell on WP.com blogs are products that you, yourself create and/or services that you personally provide. For an online store with a shopping cart you need an independently hosted blog using WordPress.ORG software.

  after a hard learning for French.
  . WordPress org is a specialist business and I do not have the skills to create and manage such a site.
