selling an ebook online

  I have written an ebook which I wish to sell on my blog, I know how to download the paypal button, but how do I link this to the book so that it then downloads?
  Additionally can I add a link to the book on the itunes store, if so how?

  I really don’t want to go to the expense of getting a business upgrade.
