  You are allowed to sell only products that you personally make and/or services your personally provide. In that case you can use a PayPal button and/or a contact form.

  Free hosted WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for eCommerce but you can create a custom menu and add a custom link to a site where you have a shopping cart set up.
