selling on wordpress
-
I was wondering about selling my own creations from my wordpress site and have an e-commerce/shopping cart/drop down selections like the e-commerce widget available – can I sign up for the .com $18/year domain or do I need to go premium? I’m sorry if this is a dumb question – I’m trying to sell one item in multiple colors and I would be fine with using just a paypal button for now as I’m just starting to sell online, but I don’t know how I would make available the other colors in a simple and easy way other than upgrading. If anyone can help out with this that would be great.

Thanks for the extremely quick reply! So, in what way does the contact form help? I guess I don’t get that part other than someone can contact me with feedback on the item, receipt of item, and/or anything custom they may want, but it’s paired with the paypal information pretty much everywhere on wordpress support sites – is there something I’m missing?

Some folks communicate via contact form with potential customers prior to having them use the PayPal button.
