  Hello, I would like to create a site for a cafe. This would incorporate purchasing online. Which plan can I choose that would allow visitors to select items and purchase them through my PayPal account? Can I use a free account and simply purchase a plug in for that type of thing? Thanks

  You have to upgrade to the WordPress.com e-Commerce plan to sell on your site. The plan is $45 per month which is billed annually. With the plan, you will get access to marketing tools for your shop.

  This is not true. There are several options that do not require the ecommerce plan. Please review those details on https://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/
