Can I advertise my book for sale on my site. It may be availabe on Amazon or independant bookshop.
And can I sell it direct on my site or do I have to go commercialThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

But most book authors do advertise their books and reference to Amazon without problems.

You can link to your Amazon account or other account, but if you want to sell it in your site, I believe you will have to go commercial. -
