Selling rights to my wordpress site

    Someone is interested in purchasing my wordpress site, however a company who purchased my website by same name may contest this persons use of what is now their name. Would that company have any power to take over the site or shut it down?

    Correct, can’t sell the site per se anyway as it’s not a domain… should have done my homework before posting. Wish there was a way to delete this inquiry. Anyone?
