  Hello, I want to sell premium themes here on wordpress.com, can you please tell me which requirements i need to achieve to do that?
  Is it fulfill to use external technologies like bootstrap and angularjs?
  How about plugin advanced custom fields?
  Do i decide how much theme would cost or do you set the price?

  We are not currently accepting themes from outside developers, but you can see our requirements for Premium Themes here:
  https://theme.wordpress.com/join/info/

  You can check that page periodically to see when we reopen theme submissions.
