Selling websites and domains possible/allowed?

  Hello. I was wondering if it would be against the terms of service to sell a WordPress site created by a user and hand over the site and domain name to the buyer so that they would have the entire site in their possession.

  First of all, is this even possible? Would it be possible to remove my admin rights and hand it over to another person?

  Also would this be considered breaking the rules in anyway? Thanks.

  There is a process for transferring a site to another account, including the custom domain, if you have one.

  I quickly looked over the terms of service and couldn’t find anything prohibiting you from selling a site, but maybe some more seasoned forum members would like to chime in on that.
