  semalt.com? Do we need to worry bout this referrer? Do we need to do anything to keep them off our websites…I am assuming they are all over WP sites.

  There isn’t anything to worry about security-wise from the semalt.com referrers. We’re monitoring the issue and may take further action down the road. For now, you can mark it as a spam referrer as explained here:

  Jetpack Stats

  This will remove it from your stats referrers.
