  Hi there,

  I’m having trouble making my sidebar in wordpress twenty fourteen theme semi-transparent to show through the content on my homepage: http://www.pulsedjs.com

  I’m hoping to have the Layerslider plugin show through the sidebar such as in this website: http://www.eyethufuneral.co.za/

  Does anyone have any ideas about how to do this?

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
