Semi transparent text box on image

  Hi,

  I am planning to start my photo blog on WordPress. I have chosen the theme Harmonic.

  However, I want to customize it a little. I want to place a semi transparent stylish text box.

  Is there a way to design such a text box? I would prefer to do it on WordPress, rather than working on Photoshop, since wp should give me more flexibility.

  Please help…

  PS. I don’t know coding.
