send a document to followers as incentive

  Can you set up the blog to send a document to those who follow your blog as an incentive? I’ve seen on other blogs that there is an incentive to follow the blog by setting it up so that something that isn’t published freely on the blog is sent to each email follower. Is that possible on wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there,

  There are two ways to have something sent to your Followers:

  1. To simply write a Post on your site. Your subscribers who receive email notifications of your new publications will see your note in their inbox.
  2. Create a contact form on your site to collect email addresses for your mailing list:
     http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  Because your followers are simply subscribing to your site, rather than agreeing to be on a mailing list, there’s no way to access their contact information unless you add a form.
