Send a "Test email" (or blog) option.

Aloha All, Lou here from thepostmanonholiday.com, blog. I wondered how many of you would be interested in wordpress having a feature, where you could send a test email to yourself, prior to hitting “Publish?” I’m a new blogger (since January 2019); however, I noticed that sometimes my email for my “followers” are formatted a bit different than my actual blog that is posted on the site. This is using either “Classic” or “Block” format. I have another account with Mailchimp.com, for my band, and I love this feature. It gives me the option to send a copy of my “campaign email” (basically a blog) via a “Test” button. I then can either select to “publish” or “Edit” the draft. The folks at wordpress told me I should post my idea here to see if anyone else would be interested. Happy to hear your comments. Thanks and happy blogging :). Lou

Hi @honolulou, thanks for that suggestion! We don’t offer a whole lot of control over our emails here right now, but I will pass along that request for you so our designers and developers can have it in mind for a future iteration.
