Send an email to followers

  I have managed to garner a few users as followers and would love to start a newsletter for the blog. To do this, I would have to have their emails though. Is there any way I can obtain their emails?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To have a newsletter, you will need to create an account with MailChimp and add the sign-up form to your blog for people to sign up. You can’t get the emails for your wordpress.com, followers.
