  hi, blogger has a widget for emailing a post. i want to know if there is a widget with wordpress that allows me to send a post i like to a friend via email.

  No, I think he’s just testing his ability to leave posts in the forum. I wish people wouldn’t do that.

  The answer is: there is no such widget already at WordPress.com, but if you use Feedburner for your feed, they have such a feature. You will need to get your instructions at Feedburner.com though.

  If you’re looking for sending a notification to your friend whenever you add a new post you can refer to FeedBurner (currently being used on my blog) to help your friend or even other readers to subscribe to your feed.
