Send email to subscriber list?

Is it possible to send an email to your subscribers list? If not, can you work on that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is illegal in some countries. The person signed up for notification when a new Post is published not general email from the blog owner.

If you want to send an email to your subscriber list, just post something to your blog and it will go to them. You can delete the post after the message is sent.

Indeed is any blogger whose posts I have subscribed to dares to use my email address to spam me I will be up their nose in a thrice, then I will unsubscribe, and then I will let every blogger I know what they did. Do I feel strongly about this? Oh yeah! You bet I do.

Agreed Timethief. If I want my readers to know something, they’ll have to come to the blog to see it.
Didn’t say I used that method, just that it’s an option if you need to get word out about something. :)

I like your method. My RSS Feeds are set to summary so I no longer have to chase down content thieves and spend valuable time on DMCA take-down notices. When I subscribe to posts that’s all I subscribe to. Subscribing to receive posts does not amount to providing a blogger with license to use my email address to spam me and woe betide anyone who does that to me. -
It’s not a good thing to do – it amounts to spam, and I’ve had one or two bloggers on WordPress send me newsletters this way without asking me first. What I do is I block them in my email – so, from their point of view anyway – it achieves nothing. It’s far better to communicate with people via your blog. If you want to have a public blog and aren’t just talking to yourself, isn’t that why you’re blogging in the first place? (That’s rhetorical, by the way. Just something for you to think about.)
