  im brand new to managing the wordpress account for a condominium complex website and im not sure how to send out emails to the howmowners from this site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is ordinarily something that you’ll do using a newsletter service like MailChimp, or with ordinary email. It’s not really a service that’s offered here at WordPress.com itself.
