Send from MicrosoftWord to WordPress

I am not able to post a document written in microsoft word on wordpress, when i have to register, it is saying that the wordpress cannot do that. what can i do to solve this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can upload the documents to your WordPress.com blog using the Add Media icon. To upload a document and add its download link to a blog post or page see the information at these links:
