Sending a response to someone completing our joining form.

  We have a joining form on our website that sends an email to the Chairman of our organisation and to myself as webmaster. The joiner’s name and email are of course included in the form. I have prepared a Welcome! document and I would like to add script to the joining form that grabs this document and sends it to the joiner’s email address. Can someone suggest code for doing this?
