Sending an email to my followers with a free account

  Hi! I have a free WordPress Blog, but we are getting ready to send out a survey for our audience. Is there a way that I can send my followers (those who have wordpress accounts and just clicked follow, and those who entered their email addresses) an email without it being through a blog post????? I HOPE SO! :)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not exactly possible, but if you’re up for a little trick, you could publish a blog post with a link to the survey.

  It’ll be sent out to your followers that permit email notifications, and once it is, you can delete the post.

  You might even try setting the post private, a few minutes after you publish it.

  By the way, you could also consider setting up a contact form for collecting their emails, or use MailChimp for a newsletter.
