sending an invite

  Trying to add a person as an author, and also another person who has a new email address. I get a message saying these people are already members. Why can’t I send them an invite??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What are the email addresses of the folks you cannot invite? (if you simply enter them normally here, the forum software will automatically filter them from public view)

  I want to send them another invite as authors, because they say they’re having trouble posting. They may be already listed as authors… I can’t tell.

  The first is an active account here with nothing that would prevent them from being invited, so just make sure you’re following https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

  The second chose to unsubscribe from all WordPress.com emails, which would include invitation emails. If they visit https://subscribe.wordpress.com/ and enter their email address, they can undo that on the Settings tab.
